Please complete the following form and click Submit. You will note that for security reasons we have not requested any credit card information. Please ensure that you include your work, home, and cell phone numbers . Before we process your order we will contact you by phone to review your order with you, ask any pertinent questions and obtain your credit card information at that time. Should you wish to order a basket you have seen on our website we would ask that you submit a completed form. Let us know how you found us and please send us your comments in 'our comments' section. We will contact you as soon as possible regarding your 'order request'.

Delivery/Shipping:

Classy Gift Baskets ship baskets across Canada.

Local Delivery (within the National Captial Region) $12.50 and up plus taxes.

Out of Town and Out of Province delivery charges will vary and are dependant on the size, weight and the basket's final destination.

Basket orders should be placed early when sending out of Ontario. Depending on the time of year a basket going to the West or East coast could take between 4 and 7 business days. An order heading to Toronto or Montreal will take 1-2 business days.

We are not liable for wrong/incomplete addresses, therefore it is imperative that you provide us with the Recipients correct address, postal code, telephone numbers including cell phone if possible. If the gift basket is being sent his/her office a company name, office telephone number and office hours etc., is required.

Kindly ensure that we have both your daytime and after hours phone numbers so that we can contact you to advise you of a delivery issue.

Purolator will make several attempts to deliver your out of town gift basket before returning your gift basket to our location, this could take several days or weeks depending on the destination. If your basket is returned to us due to a deliver issue, a return shipping charge will be charged to your credit card.

If we are required to 're-ship' your gift basket due to a shipping issue, a new shipping charge plus a handling fee of 15% to cover administration fees, gift inspection, re-wrapping and repackaging for a second shipping. If we are required to replace any items, we will charge your credit card for all replacements.

Residential Deliveries: Should no one be home at the time of our delivery it is possible that our driver will leave the basket with a neigbour with a notification of delivery and location left at the recipients home. However in the case of our Entertainment Gift Baskets or Go Sens Go Gift Basket or any gift basket containing entertainment tickets, hockey tickets, gift certificates, these will be returned to our location you may be charged for a second delivery attempt. Baskets containing perishable items such as fruit will not be sent out until we are assured someone is able to receive it.
